The digital world is disorienting. Technical intuition is a set of skills and instincts to navigate and influence the digital dimensions of our work and life. It is a personal pursuit of learning and exploration.

And while technical intuition is important for everyone, we are focused on the effect it has in team environments. Working with hundreds of organisations over a decade, we have identified a set of six dominant tendencies individuals display when engaging with technology in team settings. We have found that if teams want to strategically translate technical possibility into effective technical decision-making, they must strike the right a balance of these tendencies.

Use our diagnostic tool to find out your tendencies and what it means for you. Tendencies aren't destiny, but they are the first step to growing your technical intuition.

Technical intuition is confidence, expression, and control in the digital world.
